Michele is the Director/Licensee in Charge of Ray White Kiama. Michele, along with her Husband Bruce has lived in Kiama for 33 years and has been in the industry for over 15 years. Michele also holds qualifications in Tourism and Hospitality and has extensive experience in community economic development, media, marketing, events management and small business. She has won many awards for her dedication in customer service, both in the real estate industry, tourism & hospitality. She was recently awarded Illawarra "Boss of the Year". Michele has experience in all facets of the industry, both sales and property management and now specialises in the Sales Department of Ray White Kiama. She is extremely proud to have been awarded membership into the "Alan White Premier" club for excellence in sales and is also proud to have led her Sales Team into the top 10 position in NSW Sales on numerous occasions. Michele employs a team of 17 and specifically selects her Sales Executives for their reputation as high achievers & for their integrity, motivation, passion & pride in their town of Kiama.
