The other point of difference is our fee structure. Our baseline rate is 4% + GST which covers rent collection, managing arrears and maintenance (the day to day tasks). The other services, such as entry and exit reports, periodic inspections etc are charged at a fixed fee when the service has been rendered. This fee structure not only saves our owners money and improves their return on investment, but also provides a fairer and more transparent service.
