After a little over 9 years in the security industry Rachael Brecht was given a golden opportunity to enter the Real Estate Industry with the company she found to have the best reputation in the Hunter.
In 2001 Rachael started in sales with Jurd's Real Estate in what was the beginning of a boom period in the market and since experienced the roller coaster of the market due to all the outside influences.
In 2003 she became licenced, and whilst currently specialising in Residential and Commercial sales was personally involved in the sale of approximately 60 properties per annum.
It is imperative as an agent to know how to market and price a property at different stages of the property cycle to achieve the best possible result for the vendor. Rachael's industry experience during both the highs and the lows of the market allows her to help her clients make the right decisions to achieving their goals.
