Rachael commenced her Real Estate career fresh out of school in 2005. With her enthusiasm and interest in the Real Estate Industry it was a natural progression for her to apply for and be accepted into a position in the Real Estate Scholarship Program for 2007. This entailed four years of study, learning all aspects of the Real Estate industry. During the four year program Rachael is proud to have achieved many Certificates and Qualifications. Some of these include: • Certificate III in Property Services (Real Estate) • Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) • Diploma of Property Services (Agency Management) As well as holding both her assistant property management and sales registrations. Now with her studies completed she works alongside Richard Sims and runs the Sims For Property office.
