I was born in Armidale and moved to Sydney at the age of five. I lived in Gymea Bay in Sutherland Shire completing high school in 1984. I worked as an electrician until 1991. I enrolled as Dover Heights TAFE where I completed an Advanced Diploma in Real Agency Practice in 1992. I worked for two years in Sydney as a sales consultant before moving back to Armidale. I worked from 1992 to 2002 within a large real estate franchise in various rolls. In 2002 I opened my own agency growing a rent roll from scratch to 158 properties over eight years. I re-launched my real estate career as a Property Manager with Armidale Town & Country. I have over twenty years extensive experience with customer service, both tenant and owner. Over a ten year period I have never lost a case in the Consumer Trader Tenancy Tribunal (CTTT). I know the REST software inside out along with the legislation.
