For all this, we ask for 6.6% of the rent and one weeks reletting fee. You will have your rental income deposited into your nominated bank account on a monthly basis. Dukes Real Estate handles 110 Strata complexes in Adelaide. For your professional Strata Management, we usually charge about $154 per unit per year and deal with insurance, collection of strata fees, maintenance.
