Integral to the company's success is the ability to maintain and deliver a level of professional service that is the envy of our competitors.  ijrproperty was formed in January 2006.  The Directors live and work locally and have 24 years of proven sales and rental experience in our local area.  With the growth of the company in both sales & rentals, an opportunity arose for Joanne Simpson to join our company as a Director.  Irene Reading & Joanne Simpson previously worked together in sales back in the early 1990's & their business association and friendship spans over 22 years.  Joanne comes with a wealth of experience in sales, property management & conveyancing and holds her own personal rent roll which ensures this brings a skilled understanding in both fields of sales and rentals.  Irene Reading continues to lead the sales team together with Joanne Simpson and we consistently continue to provide a professional and personalised service which is well acknowledge in our local area.  Colleen West joined ijrproperty in October 2010 as our Senior Property Manager having come from a Property Mangement background.  Colleen works closely with Joanne and Irene to provide a professional, competent service.  Colleen has a following of very impressed clients since she has joined our company who are more than happy to praise her standard of service & provide a reference.     Our extensive real estate knowledge, combined with our innovative marketing skills makes us leaders in the real estate industry.  As members of REIWA we are bound by the Code Of Conduct and Code of Ethics which we uphold.
