After spending almost 10 years working for large corporate companies in sales, marketing and management roles Scott decided to join his father, Ron Edwards, in the family business that he started in 1983. Scott has enjoyed the challenge of continuing the growth the company and has his hands full managing the 4 offices, St Marys, Erskine Park, Rooty Hill and Penrith. A multiple award winner Scott has achieved such awards as Rising Starr Of The Year, Listing Agent Of The Year and the Tony Duggan Leadership award for the Starr Partners group. This year the offices won 15 Awards at the Annual Starr Partners Awards night including Best In Customer Service, Highest Increase in Sales plus Office of the year. Scott is the Director of the Sales Department along side his wife Sara.
