About Shane McCauley

Shane McCauley is “turning real estate on it’s head. Honesty, integrity, and rolling up the sleeves, is the name of the game for Shane. Buying and selling property can be overwhelming. Being a great communicator and possessing strong negotiation skills has made him a valuable member for Richardson & Wrench Noosa for over 10 years. Real Estate runs through his veins. He grew up with his grandparents owning a real estate agency on Sydney’s northern beaches, and a mum who has spent most of her working life in real estate. After completing a Bachelor of Education at the University of Sydney, Shane ran a successful business in Sydney for 10 years, learning the art of sales, before moving to Noosa and Richardson & Wrench. Being a family man with 3 children and a supportive wife, he has always been active in the Noosa community, including football and netball clubs, schools and local business “The Sands Holiday Hire” which his wife Gillian runs. Real Estate is his consuming passion. Being upfront and open, and delivering what he promises is important to Shane. He believes success comes from listening rather than talking. If you are looking for an agent that possesses honesty and integrity, and rolls up his sleeves to get the job done, then give Shane McCauley a call. “Turning real estate on it’s head”.
