About Suzanne Hill

Introduction / Background Suzanne started her career in real estate in 1993 when she commenced the real estate licence at TAFE. By 1995 Suzanne was working full-time in real estate, initially concentrating on property management. The beginning of her long relationship with Century 21 started in 1997. A strong passion for real estate developed early in her working life. Suzanne could see the benefits of property investment for herself and her clients. Her enthusiastic, energetic and passionate personality and commitment to her clients has seen her referral business grow. Suzanne’s husband Jim is committed to supporting his wife with her passion for her real estate and her clients. Courses/Certifications/Education Suzanne completed the following courses of education: Open Foundation Course - Newcastle University 1989 Advanced Certificate in Property Agency – Newcastle TAFE 1995 Advanced Diploma of Property (Valuation) – Newcastle TAFE 2005 School Certificate 1982 Awards Suzanne has received a number of Awards including: Numerous Century 21 Awards including Centurion 2005, 2009, 2010, 2011 (only awarded to Top 2% of Century 21 Agents worldwide) Multiple Platinum, Gold and Silver Awards Multiple Master’s Club Awards since 1997 and each year since Community Involvement / Personal Interests Suzanne has been involved in many sporting interests since teenage years particularly, soccer and basketball. However sporting interests now are focused on being a spectator as her full-time commitment now is her clients and Century 21.
