Terry began his real estate career more than 25years ago employed with a number of local franchise offices. During this time, he built a large referral base and through his listing and negotiating skills received many sales awards. Most of our business is referral based.
In 2001 Terry and Belinda opened their agency in the middle of Port's CBD and the business has continued to grow from strength to strength.
Terry is an accredited auctioneer and has extensive experience in sales and marketing and been involved in a number of projects, including retirement villages, new apartment blocks and land sub-divisions. His local real estate knowledge and experience is a major factor in the growth of the Sales and Rental departments.
