Core Building Group is a Canberra based, award winning, dynamic construction company specialising in residential and commercial dwellings in Canberra and the surrounding regions. Core Building Group have a solid reputation for providing reliable and high quality results for our clients. Their key people all have many years of experience in the industry and their senior management take a hands on approach to every project. Recent projects include the construction of high rise apartments, low rise apartments, townhouses, terrace homes and custom homes.

POD Projects Group is a privately owned, Canberra-based business that has specialised in property development and project marketing throughout the Canberra region over the past 30 years. Working together to create quality property developments, weare involved in all aspects including site investigation and selection, design and planning, financing, organising construction, marketing and sales. POD has already successfully delivered over 2000 residential and commercial properties throughout Canberra. Our latest developments completed in January 2023 are Del-Rey Coombs and Limited Edition Denman. Del-Rey is home to 97 properties that are a mix of condominiums and loft style apartments. Limited Edition has 84 properties that are a mix of apartments and townhouses. Both developments are well located in the beautiful Molonglo Valley region with stunning water and mountain views. Also completed recently are two developments in Gungahlin. Jade Gungahlin, is comprised of two 14 storey towers in the Gungahlin Town Centre. Ruby Gungahlin has two 12 & 18 storey towers and is also located in the Gungahlin Town Centre. Our future project pipeline looks very exciting after our most recent purchase - a 12,000m2 block in the heart of the Gungahlin Town Centre. We propose to construct approximately 560 apartments spread over four towers during the next 8 years. It is our mission to design and build homes that are not only visually stunning, but also environmentally sustainable. All of our recent developments have high energy efficiency ratings and feature double glazed windows, energy saving LED lighting, energy efficient appliances and water efficient landscaping. We are proud to be leaders in sustainable building practices in the ACT. Our upcoming project in Gungahlin will be the first residential development in Canberra to be 100% powered by renewable energy.
