Kingscliff Professionals

110 Marine Parade  Kingscliff, NSW 2487
The original Professionals office in Kingscliff commenced in 1984 when Haywood and Petersen took over L. A. Salmon, which at that time was the longest standing real estate office in Kingscliff. When this office joined the Professionals Marketing Co-operative Group it was only the second branch in NSW. This very successful group of independently owned and managed real estate offices has since increased to over one hundred offices in NSW and over 500 throughout Australia. The office grew rapidly and a second office was opened in Murwillumbah in 1985. due to the rapid growth of the Tweed Valley our office was opened in Banora Point in 1992. In 1995 the office separated and Kingscliff Professionals now operate as an independent company. The office is ideally located on the corner of Marine Parade and Turnock Street, two of the main entrances into the Kingscliff village. Kingscliff Professionals currently manage 475 properties, including residential, holiday, commercial and industrial. The growth in management continues ahead of the general population growth of Kingscliff, thus remaining in a dominant position in the rental market. Kingscliff Professionals continue to be a major player in the property sales in Kingscliff and surrounding areas. They have specialist knowledge in residential housing, holiday units, commercial and industrial properties, hobby farms, small acreage and business. All this has been achieved by simply doing what all property owners and purchasers require - giving the best possible service.
