Bedding consists of 1 x Queen Bed, 1 x Double Bed and 2 x Wide King Single Beds, each in their own colour-themed bedroom. All linen and towelling is provided.

Situated one block from the Armidale and New England Public and Armidale Private Hospitals, with easy access to all hospital facilitates. Also within walking distance are two great hotel bistros and a busy cafe - and all just 4 blocks from the heart of the CBD.

Sit and relax on the verandah with a cold drink, enjoying the greenery. historic Cherry Tree and beautiful grounds of Lambert Park, directly opposite Belltrees. Lambert Park also offers a fully-equipped play area for children.

Prices quoted are for two guests only. Additional adults are priced at $20 per guest, per night. Additional children are priced at $15 per child, per night. No cot provided. Fire places ornamental only. No pets allowed.
