It is was established in 1969 by Jim Grant who is still working in the business. J H GRANT REAL ESTATE is a family business and DENIS GRANT (Jim's son) is now the Principal of the business, with 24 years' Real Estate experience. Our development knowledge has also made us specialists in the sales of subdivisions within the Moreton Bay Regional Council area, with 1,130 new lots currently under contract to some of Australia's biggest developers and builders. We have achieved more than $46.8m of settled sales in the past 12 months, making us one of the highest-selling local agents.
