IRRIGATION: a grundfos 3phase 40mm multi stage pump supplies water to all orchard areas.

PLANTATION: assortment of tropical fruits including rambutans, lychees, abiu, durian, longans, fiji longans, star apples, star fruit, dragon fruit, black sopote; assorted citrus,
*previous owner sold rambutans and lychees commercially.
Tropical flowers – assorted heliconias and gingers are currently being sent to market on a weekly basis throughout the year.

GRASSLAND: improved pasture - could run approx 20 head of cattle year round – on turnover could run more.

FENCING: southern boundary is 4-barb on steel pickets with timber post strainers. Northern boundary and back area is partly fenced with the scrup acting as a natural fence.

SOIL TYPE: basically 3 types as per the topography. Front section is red volcanic. The creek area is a loamy type and the rear section is a pinky light type soil.

HOUSE: solid block 3-bedroom low-set cottage recently renovated. Modern kitchen; authentic fireplace; large patios; large covered breezeway; tiled throughout.
