The space has been recently renovated and includes a modern fit-out, internet, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, high-quality printer, scanner, casual meeting space and meeting room usage.
The private office has two desks and a small meeting table, each desk has desk drawers, an ergonomic chair and a cupboard for additional storage. The main office also has two stand-up desks, and a bench with stools available. We've included photos here so you can get a feel for the chic space.
There is access to nearby amenities at Manuka shops which is just a short walk away and of course the amazing rooftop balcony equipped for summer drinks or an extra space to work outdoors is a delight for getting some fresh air! We are ideally looking for likeminded business individuals to occupy either the private office and/or workstations available in an open plan working environment on a weekly or monthly term. Price will be dependent on how much space you require, but we are looking at somewhere around $300 per week for the private office.
There is also plenty of free parking out the back for both you and your visitors.
Enquiries are welcome and a free trial can also be arranged.

There's a lot more to see
Using overlays will allow you to see details such as school catchments, zoning and easements.
A block's planning zone defines how that land can be used and what can be built on it.
A right to use a part of land owned by another person for a specific purpose. The most common forms of easements are for services, such as water, electricity or sewerage.
The value of a block of land without any buildings, landscaping, paths, or fences. This is different to the block's market value. A block's unimproved value is used to calculate rates and land tax charges.
This represents the shape of the geographical land. Closely spaced contour lines represent a steep slope. Widely spaced lines represent a gentle slope.
