To secure a shed you will need to complete an application form with photo identification e.g. drivers license, passport etc. An application form can be collected from our office or emailed upon request. Once your application has been processed we will contact you for an immediate start. Before collecting the keys you will need to pay a $20 key deposit (this will be returned to you at the completion of your tenancy), a $20 preparation fee and one month rent up front. Now you are ready to move into your shed!

Once you no longer require your storage shed you will need to contact our office and give a minimum of 7 days notice in writing.
