A single room with a bed in the kitchen is asking big bucks in an ultra-wealthy pocket of London.
The studio flat is in Kensington, an affluent neighbourhood that is home to royals and celebrities like David and Victoria Beckham, Tamara Ecclestone and Stella McCartney.
Unsurprisingly, rental properties in the area do not come cheap.
The 13-square-metre apartment is being let for £323 per week ($649).

The entire flat consists of just two rooms: an open-plan eating-living-sleeping room, and a small ensuite.
The main room measures about 3.6 metres by 3.1 metres.
One wall is taken up by a kitchenette with a stove and oven, bar fridge, washing machine, sink and kettle.
On the opposite side of the room is a small sofa below a wooden single-sized bunk bed.
There is a window with a pleasant view of tree branches and Georgian townhouses.

The single-occupancy flat is being rented furnished.
In addition to the rent, tenants will also need to pay bills and a £30 per month ($60) water charge.
Kensington is not the only London neighbourhood where unusual sleeping arrangements can be found.
In Bloomsbury, a studio apartment with a strange mezzanine bedroom hit the rental market in August this year.
The bed was surrounded by a cage-like structure that the listing described as ‘Moroccan-style shutters’.
The entire pad was asking £529 per week in rent ($1108).
Meanwhile, a small flat in Glasgow is for sale for £99,000 ($199,580).
The home has a double bed squished into a corner of the kitchen, just a few metres from the stove.
