The Beverly Hills mega-mansion that once served as the marital home of Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck has returned to the market yet again with another sizable price drop.
The sprawling Wallingford estate has been relisted for a third time following a lengthy series of failed attempts to sell and a reported transfer of full ownership to Lopez.
The former Hollywood power couple purchased the 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom residence in May of 2023 for US$60.85 million ($84,079,48), less than a year after tying the knot.

But by July 2024, the mansion was quietly shopped off-market before being publicly listed at US$68 million ($93,959,000).
One month later, the Maid in Manhattan actress filed for divorce.
After months on the market and several price cuts, the property reappeared in September 2025 with a reduced US$52 million ($71,851,000) guide.
It was subsequently pulled from sale in January this year.
Today, the property has returned to the market with an eye-watering discount.

Now listed for US$49.95 million ($69,018,412), a price almost US$18 million ($24,871,500) below what the former couple originally hoped for.
“While they’ve been hoping to sell the property, they’ve also been hesitant to take a big loss,” People quoted an unnamed source as stating last month.
“They lowered the price to get more interest and when this didn’t happen, they were advised to take it off the market. It was a business decision that they made together.”

The latest listing comes just weeks after US media cited court documents revealing Affleck had transferred his share of the property to Lopez at no charge as part of their divorce settlement.
The listing describes the property as the “ultimate celebrity compound,” and includes updated photos of the mansion. Notably, Lopez’s belongings, which were visible in previous marketing materials, have now been removed.
“Set within one of the city’s most secure gated enclaves, this newly rebuilt estate spans five acres on a commanding promontory, opening to sweeping mountain views and complete seclusion,” the listing reads.
The mansion features a 12-car garage, parking for up to 80 vehicles, a guest penthouse, a caretaker house and a guardhouse.
There’s also a one-of-a-kind indoor sports complex complete with basketball and pickleball courts, a boxing ring, gym, sports lounge and bar.

While the pair originally agreed to split any profits when they finalised their divorce in January 2025, the recent transfer suggests a shift in their financial strategy.
Lopez has since moved into a US$17.5 million ($24,180,625) home in Hidden Hills, purchased in February 2025.
Meanwhile, Affleck reportedly purchased a US$20.5 million ($28,325,875) “bachelor pad” in Pacific Palisades in mid-2024, located closer to the children he shares with former wife Jennifer Garner.
