The mystery buyer who paid an eye-watering sum for Pat Cummins’s waterfront Sydney home has been revealed.
The Australian cricket captain and his interior designer wife, Becky, secured $15 million for their Victorian manor home in Bronte, in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, in February this year.
At the time, little was known about the buyer of the five-bedroom, two-bathroom abode.
However, property records have now revealed the new owner of the Chesterfield Parade property is Tracy Pillemer, the wife of prominent Australian businessman, Michael Pillemer.
Pillemer’s purchase of the property delivered a significant windfall for the fast bowler and his family who originally bought Figtree House for about $9.5 million in 2021.
The historic home was a sizable upgrade for Cummins and his then-fiancee who moved in from an apartment in Clovelly.

The sprawling house sits on a 670 square-metre block with views to the ocean.
Boasting a sanctuary like parents’ retreat, children’s wing, guest bedroom and top floor hideaway, the home balances between heritage grandeur and coastal luxury.
Outdoors features designer gardens with a large lawn and heated mosaic-tiled pool.
A trip to the beach is only a 700-metre walk away.
Cummins bought the home from Anthony and Nikki Moustacas, the co-owners of Indigo Cafe in Double Bay.

The Bronte deal isn’t the first big ticket sale for Sydney’s eastern suburbs this year.
Ronan Keating and his media personality wife, Storm, paid $6.3 million for a private, treehouse-style home in Tamarama.
Meanwhile, Sydney Swans great Lewis Roberts-Thomson and his wife Zoe Stenmark, secured $8.35 million for their Paddington terrace.
However, the highest reported residential sale in the eastern suburbs, and wider Australia for 2026 is Steve Grant and his wife, Eliza, quietly selling their Vauclause home for $57 million.
