Samantha Armytage has shaken up her property portfolio, including her Moss Vale home, to the tune of $5 million.

Samantha Armytage has made significant changes to her property portfolio, offloading two major holdings in quick succession.

The Golden Bachelor host sold her “classic” weatherboard cottage in Moss Vale, located in the Southern Highlands, for more than $2 million, The Sydney Morning Herald reports.

The property, known as ‘Churchill’, was reportedly sold by private treaty after just nine days on the market.

While the exact sale price remains undisclosed, it is understood to be within the $2.1 million to $2.3 million price guide.

Bradley Cocks of Drew Lindsay Sotheby’s International Realty told The Herald there was “an overwhelming amount of interest” for the three-bedroom, two-bathroom home.

Marketed as a home that defines “the Southern Highlands imagination,” the property sits on a 1,922-square-metre parcel framed by cool-climate plantings and manicured grounds.

Armytage purchased the 1960s abode in 2024 for $1.3 million and undertook substantial renovations to update the interiors while maintaining its country charm.

The Moss Vale sale comes just weeks after Armytage offloaded her seaside retreat on the NSW south coast. In March, she found a buyer for her Hyams Beach property, which had been on and off the market since 2023.

The Nine TV personality first attempted to sell the Hyams Beach property for about $3.2 million but eventually withdrew the listing.

She relisted the 658-square-metre waterfront home in February this year with a revised price guide of $2.95 million to $3.1 million.

The two-level residence, which features three bedrooms and views across Jervis Bay, was under offer within weeks. It was sold by private treaty in March for $2,750,000.
