Downstairs is the spacious main bedroom and ensuite giving you just enough privacy from the family or enough room that you can easily fit a cot.

Upstairs another two bedrooms, 1 x queen, 2 x single bunks. Bathroom complete with full size bath, separate WC, separate laundry with access to level rear BBQ area.
Kitchen / dining and living areas all face the splendid beach and ocean view. Glass panel veranda runs the length of the house to take in the all round view.
