Hunters Hill is Australias oldest Municipality, and surrounded by historic and elegant housing. And is FAR closer to the city than most imagine - check it on a map! The home next door is valued at ~$A4 million etc. Almost no units exist on the Peninsula itself, hence Hunters Hill is almost never on renter short list suburbs to look at - sadly.

A private read of the newspaper in the sun, or a glass of wine or coffee, or BBQ with friends is a strong plus in the outdoor area adjoining the unit, that comes already supplied with table and chairs - see photo - add your own BBQ or umbrella etc, if desired.

Re pets - an indoor cat will be fine. Some small dogs bark incessantly when owners are not home, and are not a great idea in apartment living. But a *PROVEN* quiet dog would be considered - the previous tenant for 3 years had one, who caused zero issues. Dog friendly units are TOUGH to locate!
