Manyana is located 10 minutes off the Princes Highway and you will feel the stress of the week just drift away as you make the turn off. With clean uncrowded beaches, nature walks, fishing, boating, water skiing, sailing and of course there are the great surfing spots near Green Island. Manyana is a small coastal village located on the south coast of New South Wales between Nowra & Ulladulla. It is approximately two and half hours from Sydney and a similar distance from Canberra. In addition to the spectacular beaches, Manyana has many local attractions. Bendalong, Lake Conjola & Berringer Lake are ideal for fishing & other water sports. Surrounding National Parks are ideal spots for those who enjoy bush walking and for the more energetic why not climb Pigeon House Mountain which is in the nearby hinterland. If you wish to dine out, attend the movies or browse in antique or art & craft shops take the time to visit the historic township of Milton.
Summer Breeze has 2 bathrooms & 3 toilets, a well equipped kitchen, large entertaining area with gas bbq and out door table & chairs under a pergola. Wood fire available for those cooler nights. A fully equipped laundry complete with family sized washing machine & dryer. Plenty of doonas & pillows for everyone. Ample off street parking - please note that the garage is not available for tenant use, but off street parking is available.
