The property is strictly non-smoking throughout.
Only those registered as guests may reside at the property. No parties.
Pet Policy: Outside pet considered upon application with details of breed, age and personality. Approved pet $250 pet bond upon arrival. No pets allowed indoors or in the common stairwell. Entry and exit property with a pet is via the rear gate. Note that Canberra winters are cold. A covered crate with trampoline bed and ss pet bowls are available.
