Whilst down stairs consists of 4th bedroom (Sleeping 6-8) family games/lounge, 2nd bathroom, laundry. Please note that access to downstairs is external. Plenty of off street parking for boats and trailers.
Guests only have access to the upstairs of the house and also downstairs please note there will be a locked room downstairs which you will not have access to.
