This spacious home is located two streets from the beach at Encounter Bay. Downstairs comprises large living area with television (used for viewing DVD's only), three bedrooms, one with queen bed, second with two single beds and the third with a set of bunks and a trundle bed. There is a three way bathroom with vanity, bath, shower and separate w.c. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer. Upstairs is a beautiful open plan living, dining area with glimpses of the sea and a reverse cycle air conditioner. The kitchen with dishwasher looks over this area. The living room has a flat screen tv and DVD/CD player. The master bedroom is spacious and has a large ensuite with shower, vanity and w.c. There is a third vanity and w.c. upstairs. Two decks lead off the living area, both with outdoor settings and a barbeque allowing you to enjoy the glimpses of the sea. There is plenty of off street parking available.
