As you enter this property you are welcomed by the views of the bay from the living room and kitchen. The kitchen comes stocked with all the utensils, cutlery and crockery you need to enjoy your stay. The main living room features a large LCD TV and exits onto the large front balcony overlooking the ocean. You will love relaxing on the front balcony to the picturesque bay, whether it be entertaining or just relaxing reading a book to the sounds of the waves crashing on the beach.

The master bedroom located at the front of the house also has direct access to the front decking. From your queen bed you will have wonderful sea views where you can appreciate the sunrise across the ocean. The master bedroom also features R/C Air Conditioning, ensuite and Walk-in-Robe.

At the rear of the house you will find an additional 3 bedrooms, Bedroom two has 2 singles and a R/C aircon, Bedroom 3 with a Queen and RC aircon, and bedroom 4 with a single bunk bed. There is also an additional Bathroom, Laundry and additional sitting room.

The fully fenced rear yard is also large with plenty of room for your boat, great for that mad rush to the boat ramp come tuna season. Best of all its located directly across from the ramp!

* A $500 refundable security BOND is required on all bookings & must be received prior to receiving key collection instructions

* Guests are asked to remove all excess rubbish on departure
