If you had a wish list of what you would want in your  home -maybe this is the one - maybe you  have found it ! 

I want a home thats been freshy painted , so it feels nice and fresh  when I walk in .

I want a home that has really nice gardens and isnt too big, so that it easy to look after.

I want a home that when I sit on my porch , Im looking out onto parkland and it feels really private.

I want to be located at the end of a cul de sac so there is no traffic going past .

I want a kitchen that has been upgraded and has stone tops and modern appliances. 

It would be nice if the bathroom was upgraded as well.

Id love to have polished floor boards throughout .

I would really like if all three bedrooms were a decent size .

A new modern split system would be a must as well. 

In a perfect world - I would also have an outside studio/ office 

A double garage and a garden shed would be great as well . 

How good would it be if it was also located,  close to schools and shops , and was on the northern  side of Kambah , close to Woden. 

If it had upgraded 3 phase power  and a new hot water system as well - well that would just be icing on the cake. 

I think I've just  ticked all the boxes !! This is it !
