More information on the Mineral Spa
Mineral spas help improve circulation, ease pain, relieve stress, as well as being gentler on the skin. The health benefits of mineral spas are extensive but a major benefit is that it can help relax your muscles - a perfect solution for post surfing, golf or a long bike ride. Increasing magnesium in the body can help relieve muscle tightness, cramps or aches and absorbing magnesium chloride through the skin is one of the best ways for your body to maintain a healthy level.
If you don't like how your skin and hair feel after swimming in a chlorine or salt water pool, then you will love the soft silky feeling a mineral spa gives you due to the Borates that remove ultra fine particles and reduce PH levels.
Other benefits of a mineral spa:
* It contains anti-inflammatory agents
* Soothes the skin, relieving those with sensitive skin
* Detoxify the skin and body, by way of relaxing the nervous system
* Restores skin elasticity and moisture to skin to help with dryness or inflammation

* A $500 refundable security BOND is required on all bookings & must be received prior to receiving key collection instructions
* Please report any cleaning issues or maintenance on arrival to avoid any responsibility issues on departure
* Guests are asked to remove all excess rubbish on departure
* Porta Cots & High chairs available for hire through Elders Goolwa (one high chair at house)
* We DO NOT accept Schoolies Bookings or group bookings of under 25's during this period
