The 3 bedroom beach house is open plan fully equipped kitchen with NBN Wifi internet and Telstra Tv means guest can log into their streaming accounts such as Foxtel, Stan, Netflix etc.

Sleeps 6 people - Bedding Configuration- 1 Queen Bed, 2 Single Beds in 2nd bedroom (Two singles can be configured to a king bed) and two singles in 3rd bedroom.
1 bathroom and separate toilet
Separate laundry with washing machine and dryer
Gas weber BBQ
Grassed outdoor area with table and lounge
Wifi Internet for guest as mobile 4G broadband is weak during peak periods

Please note the house is located on the Mossy Point Headland with great views but the cliff edge does not have any safety barriers so young children will need to be supervised closely.

2020 - 2021 Rates:
High Season- Dec -Jan school holidays- Weekly - $2000*
Mid Season -Feb, Dec, April, June/july & Sept Holidays- Weekly/ $1200* Weekend/ $500*
Low season - daily rate of $180 with minimum two nights plus $80 for exit cleaning.

Above rates Property do not include linen and towel. Linen hire is available.

*Due to Covid 19 extra cleaning requirements 24 hours is required between bookings which means school bookings will be 6 nights from Saturday - Friday. Government regulations concerning Covid 19 may change at any time. Refunds will be offered to any bookings affected by changes to travel restrictions associated with Covid 19 or road closures with bushfires.
