The u-shaped kitchen looks over the lake and has a full size oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave and is well equipped for 6 guests. There is a lovely modern dining table for 6 and Daikin reverse cycle air conditioning.

The master bedroom is a generous size with a queen bed, walk in robe, ceiling fan and ensuite, the second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has a single bed with trundle, both with built in robes.

The main bathroom has a separate shower and full size bath and the ensuite has a separate shower and 2nd toilet.

There is a separate laundry with a 5kg top loading washing machine.

* A $500 refundable security BOND is required on all bookings & must be received prior to receiving key collection instructions
* Please report any cleaning issues or maintenance on arrival to avoid any responsibility issues on departure     
* Guests are asked to remove all excess rubbish on departure
* Porta Cots & High chairs available for hire through Elders Goolwa
* No Linen Provided unless stated otherwise, linen can be hired through Victor Linen on 0419 803 769
* We DO NOT accept Schoolies Bookings or group bookings of under 25's during this period
* We have a NO PARTY / BUCKS / HENS / LARGE GATHERING policy at our holiday homes
* Please respect neighbours & keep the peaceful atmosphere of this residential location
* NO PETS unless stated otherwise
