The lounge room is also on this level and has a new large smart TV, and leads out to a small balcony perfect for watching the world go by. This area is also equipped with a split system air conditioner.



Another set of stairs will take you to the rooftop deck alfresco area where there is a large outdoor timber table and chairs and large umbrella along with a BBQ for cooking under the stars. This is a great place to go at night to get a view of the city lights.



The townhouse also has a full sized washing machine and dryer and exceptional NBN internet speed with mesh WiFi so the entire house is covered. The property also comes stocked with premium linen and towels



Smoking is only allowed in the outside areas (the balcony off the lounge room or the rooftop deck). Smoking inside the house is strictly forbidden.
