Private Beach on Encounter Lakes, sleeps up to 10 guests.
Unique Spa bath & atrium, walking distance to the ocean & parks.
Kayaks & safety equipment for your enjoyment!

As you walk down the hallway, you are greeted by the large open plan living room with gorgeous views to the outside beach, lake & tropical gardens. Featuring a large TV & and comfy leather couches, there are plenty of opportunities to kick back and enjoy yourself in the evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need with dishwasher, gas oven & cooktop, plus large fridge freezer!

Downstairs you will find a large atrium-like bathroom, with a very unique clam-shaped spa bath, with natural light & a built in garden. The Bedroom on the ground floor has a queen bed. The beauty of this property is even though it's a two storey home, all the main facilities are available on the ground floor. So if you're a couple who are just looking for single-storey home, or have a family member who would struggle with stairs, this property can still be enjoyed to its maximum without ever going upstairs.

Upstairs you will find an additional living area, with a comfy lounge, large TV, & balcony access with views. This flows through to the main bedroom that features a queen bed, lake views, walk in robe, & private toilet/vanity. Bedrooms 3 & 4 each also have 2 queen beds, & Bedroom 5 has 2 singles. There is also an additional bathroom upstairs with a double vanity, shower & toilet.

Outside you will find a fantastic outdoor dining area, the perfect place to enjoy a BBQ amongst the tranquil garden with views of the private lakeside beach. The lake is clean salt water that is cycled from the ocean, which means there is abundant fish life for those that want to throw in a fishing line. The lake offers an enclosed waterway to enjoy water sports such as kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming or just plain loafing about. The beach is soft, sandy & tapers gradually into the water which is ideal for children, teenagers & adults alike.

The property is ideally located, it's just a short drive to Victor Harbor's main shopping precinct if you need to stock up on food, supplies or any forgotten equipment. There are an abundance of places to eat nearby, just up the road is 'The Boulevard', along the foreshore area number of cafes, & Whalers restaurant by the bluff offers a stunning eatery with gorgeous evening views! Victor Harbor, Port Elliot & Middleton each have their own charms and places to enjoy if cooking isn't your thing.
