These are private rooms in budget share accommodation consisting of ten rooms. This is available for stays of a MINIMUM 4 WEEKS and MAXIMUM 3 MONTHS. Each room has its own bathroom and is air conditioned. The Kitchen facilities (separate building at rear), media room, laundry and outdoor space is all shared. There's private parking for tenants at the rear of the building.
If you are working in town or staying in the area for a while, and need short-med term budget accommodation, this is a great option to look at.
