House

Block size: 4.74 Hectares approx.

12 acres with private lake access on title!

This light filled solid brick home faces due North, with views of Lake Eildon and a fabulous all weather alfresco area. The property includes a lakefront parcel on title, so you don't need to battle the crowds to launch your boat. It's a very pleasant walk down to the lake from the house.
There's barely any traffic on Homepoint Drive and this end of Peppin Drive, so it is nice and quiet...and completely private. Once you're home, pretty much the only living things you will see are kangaroos, kookaburras and parrots, unless you invite the human neighbours to join you for a BBQ or game of pool!
The house is certainly immaculately maintained and very comfortable. The ranch style floorplan boasts two separate living areas in addition to the huge alfresco. There's a nice big master bedroom with a walk in robe and renovated en-suite bathroom, plus two more double bedrooms and a smaller fourth bedroom or study. If you do need to work from home (or stream a movie) Skymuster satellite NBN has recently been installed.
It is very pleasant inside, but we think the real attractions here are outside. Magnificent gums with abundant birdlife, a beautiful big dam and of course magnificent Lake Eildon!!! The North facing front verandah is the perfect spot to relax in the sun and take in the lake views. The photos really don't do them justice!
The large shed has plenty of room to store your boat and other toys. There's also a lock up garage under the house roofline and a high span double carport. The land is easily maintained but big enough for the kids (and adults) to run a little wild without a care in the world!

Features include: Outdoor Entertainment Area,Shed,Broadband Internet Available,Open Fireplace,Split-System Air Conditioning
