288 Edward Street is a 28-storey office building with a typical side core floorplate of 688sqm. The new BVN-designed redevelopment will see the building repositioned from a B-grade asset to an A-grade commercial tower known as Highpoint. Hutchinson Builders began works on the entire ground floor plane in early September. Major upgrades are underway to the façade and lobby, with new end of trip facility and retail offerings being completed also. The refurbishment slated for completion in early 2020.
