This offer is available to book from 16 July 2021 until 14 November 2021 for stays between 16 July 2021 and 31 January 2022. Stays are available to book for a minimum stay of two weeks and maximum of eight weeks. Deposit payment for the first two weeks of the stay period is required in full at the time of booking, and in advance every fortnight thereafter. Refunds will not be issued for early departures within the minimum stay period. One week's notice is required for early departure after the minimum stay period. Failing to provide one week's notice will incur a seven-night charge. Cancellation up to one week prior to arrival date (2:00pm local time) is without penalty, however cancellation within one week of arrival date will incur a three-night charge. Maximum occupancy of two guests.
This offer is subject to availability, and revision or cancellation any time, at our discretion. Surcharge of $100.00 per night applies on Friday 7 January 2022 and Saturday 8 January 2022.
