HOLIDAY HOUSE - Family holiday home by the beach

This holiday home will have you relaxed from the moment you step though the door, so close to the beach and all that Goolwa has to offer. Well equipped and thoughtfully set up, the house sleeps up to 11 guests and has the space and entertainment options for all the family.

Main Living Room with 65 inch ULED Smart TV, Netflix, Spotify, Bluetooth soundbar and fast WiFi internet. 6 seater leather couch and reverse cycle split system for heating and cooling.

Second Living Room (Upstairs) has a 32 inch LED Smart TV with Netflix and Spotify, 6 seater leather couch as well as a bookcase with some books and kids activities.

With four bedrooms the house can sleep up to 11 people. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and ensuite (shampoo, conditioner and body wash supplied) with rain shower, air conditioner and portable heater. Queen sized bed in bedroom 2 (downstairs) with portable heater and Smart TV. Double bunk (double bed with a single bed above) in bedroom 3 with portable heater and 2 x single bunks in bedroom 4.

Downstairs there is a recently renovated bathroom with deep bath, bath caddy and a rain shower (shampoo, conditioner and body wash supplied). With one living area, the kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom downstairs, any guest that can't climb stairs can still stay here and have access to everything.

The kitchen has a Delonghi Magnifica S automatic coffee machine, SodaStream, dishwasher, oven and halogen cooktops, microwave, 4 slice Toaster, kettle and all cookware, some spices and staples. The huge fridge provides ample storage for all your food and drinks. The extendable dining table seats 6 in current configuration, can be extended to 8.

The laundry has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, washing basket and pegs. There is also a dryer which is located outside (no sticky, humid room while it's on).

Outdoors there is a studio room, with pool table, poker table and Casino set. The huge backyard with massive lawned area has a Cornhole set and Bocce set ready to use on the grass. Enjoy outdoor entertaining at the 8 seater outdoor table, with another 4 seater kids table using the 6 burner barbeque. There is also a Jumbuck Mini Spit, double hammock, garden benches, outdoor chairs and outdoor bean bag. Warm up on cooler evenings by the firepit and sitting stumps (note: this area is declared a Township and as such, only Charcoal can be burned in this fireplace, not wood). There is also a kids train table with train set to keep the little ones occupied.

All of this and just a 4 minute drive to the Cockle Train Station, 5 minutes to Goolwa Beach, 5 minutes to South Lakes Golf Course and 5 minute to the Pubs and Cafes of Goolwa.
