The main kitchen, bathroom, lounge, dining and massive deck are also on this level. Downstairs you will find a third bedroom with a queen bed and a single bed is available in the extra living area. There is also a second toilet and shower.  

Tomakin is situated between Batemans Bay and Moruya. Available in Tomakin is the Tomakin Sports and Social Club, which has lawn bowls, tennis courts, TAB facilities, restaurant and a cafe style eatery. You can also find the River Mouth Cafe, a choice of beaches and the Tomaga River.
