We purchased this extraordinary Noosa time-piece as developers of luxury homes and resorts with the intent to (in time) set about preparing the site for the development of three luxury (James Bond style) sky homes, but for now we, our tenants and guests, have been enjoying every moment of each breathtaking sunrise/sunset and the whitewash of rolling waves and whales jumping!

The four car garage is fabulous, equipped with beach kit, surf and stand up paddle boards and a tool bench if you are inclined that way. There's a hammock for a restful read located under the home.

You will sleep in a King size 'Hypnos Balmoral' bed in the Master Bedroom and several other luxury beds throughout. (Hypnos Balmoral beds were the Queens bed of choice for Balmoral Castle, now manufactured under license in Brisbane).



If you need additional beds or a different bedding / furniture configuration, we ask you to let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.



Feed Parrots, Galahs, and Cockatoos from the deck by hand.

Pick fresh organic vegetables and herbs from the organic vegetable and salad garden.

Sit and while away the days gazing across to the North Shore and all the way up to double island point, or down the Noosa river.



Enjoy the properties infrared sauna and swim in the property's enormous chlorine-free swimming pool. The pool's water is mineralized using an ionic technology Swiss water purifying device.



Speaking of purity, the kitchen sink is equipped with an alkalizing water filter to fill your water bottles and wash your fruits and vegetables. Indeed the entire house has a filtration system that is second to none. All shower and bathroom tap water is also filtered. The master bedroom is equipped with a blue light air sanitiser for those who suffer from allergies.



We've invested in an automated gate / door system, with intercoms in almost every room for your convenience. The property is also equipped with a brand new camera security system.
