The enormous living area boasts a billiard table, 10 seated dining table, leather lounges, and a home theatre system with Xbox 360, Playstation Ps3 plus a home office. Wifi access to the internet is available upon request.
Overlooking the living area is the Master kitchen. Complete with large fridge/freezer, quality appliances, dishwasher and a fully automatic coffee machine.
A deck to the front and rear of the home offers both rural and river views.
From the living area extends the large deck overlooking the lawn to the river's edge, complete with ample seating, ideal for outdoor dining, ceiling fans and café blinds providing all weather comfort whilst you relax and enjoy the views and listen to your choice of music from the surround sound stereo system.
You won't hear from the kids, with ample entertainment downstairs.
Complete with TV, DVD, lounges, table tennis table and split system reverse cycle air conditioning.
The downstairs area also features a laundry with washer and dryer plus extra shower and toilet.
Undercover parking provided.
Lawn from the home to the river's edge provides ample room for all to play, plus a private jetty for your water sport activities.
Rates from $799 to $999 per night. Sleeps 10 people. Mandatory fee for linen and cleaning. Minimum 2 night stay. NO pets.
December and January minimum 7 nights bookings at $999 per night. Easter minimum 4 nights at $4000.
