These are our largest unrenovated first floor studios which have a basic kitchen setup with stovetop, convection microwave and bar fridge, with all the equipment you need to enjoy cooking at home. There is also reverse cycle air conditioning to provide heating and cooling to the space.

Thoughtfully furnished and well set out these 25sqm apartments are designed for 1-2 people to live comfortably. Each studio has a spacious private furnished balcony that catches the morning sun, which is a nice spot for a morning coffee, and modern decor throughout to make you feel at home. There is also an allocated car space for each studio.

McMillan Gardens is a quiet little gem, retro 1960s complex. Tucked away and almost out of sight, yet centrally located between the Fyshwick Markets, Manuka and Kingston Foreshore. The complex has off-street visitor parking, an outdoor pool and shared laundry facilities including coin operated washers, dryers and clothes lines. Being within a small complex offers extra privacy and peaceful living.
