Each room has a king size bed, making it ideal for couples to share, though the fourth king bed can be separated to make two singles. There are three bathrooms and a guest toilet.
Extra facilities include a billiard table, a hot and cold water beach shower, a large open fireplace, gas BBQ and fully equipped laundry. Linen and towels are provided.

Enjoy a meal at Rick Stein's Restaurant at Bannister's Point Lodge just a five minute walk away.
Stroll along the beaches or swim and surf in the pristine waters of Mollymook and Narrawallee Beaches.
Visit the shops and cafes in the historic village of Milton.
Have a meal or a wine tasting at Cupitt's Winery and Restaurant.
Enjoy a round of golf at either of the two courses at Mollymook.
Bring your binoculars and watch the whales during the season from the verandah at Argyll.
Climb Pigeon House Mountain.
