Pastures consist of 110* hectares being available for irrigation in combination with 481* hectares of improved temperate and sub-tropical perennial grass and clover pastures in combination with 158* hectares of native perennial grass and clover pastures. Winter and summer forage crops have been grown in the past; however current management has been moving to establishing productive perennial pastures to remove the cost of annual crop sowing while producing more fodder over the year.

Water: The property benefits 419* megalitre ground water entitlements (Bylong River Water Source) that is sourced from a network of shallow wells that supply a 150* millimetre main line to an 18* hectare centre pivot and hydrants for hard hose travelling irrigators. The irrigation area total 110* hectares. In addition, a bore supplies five* head tanks that store over 600,000* litres of water that reticulates to a network of concrete water troughs, the gardens and can fill the five* dams. The nearest Bureau of Meteorology (BOM) site indicates an average annual non-seasonal rainfall of 596.40* millimetres.

Fencing: The property is well fenced for both sheep and cattle and incorporates an extensive laneway system that connects most paddocks to the sheds and yards. Traditional fencing has been enhanced with electric offsets and bottom wires.

Scope of Current Enterprise: The property is equally suited to any combination of sheep and cattle.
Currently the property is supporting 1,000* ewe self-replacing Suffolk flock representing the largest Suffolk flock in Australia, producing trade and export lambs. In addition 260* angus cows and heifers calve in June with the steers generally sold as weaners in April and all heifers retained and classed at pregnancy testing.
