This stunning two-bedroom retreat offers a modern kitchen with all the necessary appliances. Sit back and relax or entertain in the spacious living area which flows out onto the undercover deck. You will have access to the smart TV in the lounge area, one bedroom with a TV as well. Country Club Retreat offers two bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed, the other with a king-sized bed. Other inclusions are laundry & bathroom facilities, large grassed area, covered deck with an outdoor lounge & BBQ.
Sit back, relax, enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of tea whilst taking in the peace and serenity with the natural bird life. While the property is nestled within nature it is just minutes from the heart of Woolgoolgas restaurants, cafes, beaches, and headland walks.
Surrounded by nature and wildlife, you will feel like you are in a tropical paradise, soaking up every bit of this hidden gem while there. There is even an outdoor shower to refresh yourself after youve enjoyed your day at Woolgoolga.
Please note this residence is located near the main house on the property, approximately 40 metres apart. The residences do not adjoin at all & have separate outlooks. The property is not suitable for children under 12 years of age.
