Since the change of ownership of Bangalow Real Estate at the end of 2009,  Mary O’Connor,  the Principal,  has transformed the business from a sleepy but independent agency to the respected business it is today.   This has come about through the employment of highly skilled and talented staff  –  and the upgrading of the technology and equipment.  Mary commenced in Real Estate at a very young age in 1983, in Sydney in property sales and within a very short period was one of the most successful residential property salespeople, at a time when the industry was dominated by men.  As a young woman, she had a lot to prove and did this within a very short period of time, gaining enormous experience & respect from her peers & clients. She has subsequently, over the past 29 years gained extensive experience in all aspects of real estate and property from Residential, Commercial, Business Sales, Personal Investments and Property Renovations and Developments.  Mary specialised in the top end of the Sydney market however finds equally as pleasurable an experience selling rural properties in the Hinterland. Throughout her career she has developed an enviable reputation throughout the industry and from the broader community.  With a strong sense of decency and integrity with her clients & she has receives a large portion of her business from personal recommendations and repeat business from prior clients.  This is a huge credit to her skills and talent  –  “word of mouth recommendations" over such a lengthy period from happy clients is a testimony to her abilities.
