    With 19 Years experience in the Real Estate, my sales experiences have ranged from vacant residential blocks, city townhouses and apartments to suburban homes.  I am passionate about real estate and I on the Board of the Real Estate Institute of SA. I normally only handle one or two properties for sale per month to give my clients the highest level of service safeguarding the best marketing and follow up in the sales process.  I believe in the 4P’s of real a property must be properly Presented to meet the market being targeting, the Price must be set in the correct price range to draw the buyers in, the Publicity should be tailored for the market to achieve value for money and the Person presenting the property must be passionate about selling real estate.
