After a decorated fifteen-year career in the Australian Defence Force/Army ( ADF ) that included five tours to East Timor, Afghanistan and Iraq, which one of the tours was served with the Special operations Task Group, Shaun unfortunately was medically discharged from a career he truly loved after his return from Iraq.During the transition to civilian life and looking for a property to purchase, Shaun came across real estate agents who he felt did not work in his best interests, and from there, Shaun knew that being an agent in real estate would be his new found career, and that he could easily do a much better job in connecting with the buyers and sellers. On the 2 November 2015 after completeing his Realestate course with the REIQ Shaun founded The Bespoke Gold Coast Realty (BGCR). Shaun enjoys specialising in Boutique Prestige Properties and especially luxury water front homes here on the Gold Coast and tailoring to his Clients needs.Shaun has highlighted his genuine approach, openness, ethics, integrity, Army discipline and honesty as a corner stone of his personal approach to the real estate profession.Shaun's unprecendented discipline, work ethic, and empathy with customer service has seen him succeed in gaining new listings. Both buyers and sellers were extremely happy with the competent communications skills from start to finish of the properties that he has sold from Hope Island, Sovereign Island to Surfers Paradise, which was close to 5 million dollars in value in the last several months.Shaun's attention to detail and analytical skills are second to none, a motto he picked up whilst detached to 2RAR in East Timor 1999.Shaun has applied his life experience in farming, mechanical engineering and various other roles as a soldier to the real estate industry.Shaun's commitment, integrity, discipline, ethics and honesty will benefit him in achieving the best result for his current and future clients.
